The kiosk, no logins, no licenses

Floor workers don't get logins. They get a kiosk. A worker walks up to a terminal, enters their employee ID, picks their line, taps the items they need, and submits. The store clerk gets a notification and prepares the order, fulfilling it opens a pre-filled transaction, so the record writes itself. No accounts, no passwords, no training, no per-seat fees.

Machine scanning, the scan is the truth

Every large factory has ghost machines, equipment the spreadsheet says is on Line 5 that's actually on Line 12, or gone. TraceIT's mobile scanning page fixes this with a ten-minute daily walk: a supervisor selects a line, scans the machines on it, and submits. Moved machines are relocated automatically, with history logged, and the Assets view flags anything that hasn't been scanned recently.

Multi-site operations

Five factories. One picture. Zero phone calls.

Parts and machines move between sites through a proper workflow, not WhatsApp messages: request, approval, dispatch with a QR-coded dispatch note, and confirmation at the other end. At the gate, security guards verify the shipment on a login-free mobile page, scan the QR, see what should be on the truck, sign on screen, with GPS and timestamp recorded. By design, the guard's confirmation never completes the transfer; the receiving site must confirm separately. Two independent confirmations, every time.

Can I try it without talking to anyone?

Is TraceIT only for factories and machines?
No. TraceIT is an indirect spend lifecycle platform, it tracks consumables, components, assets, and the people who take them, in any industry. Bulk photocopy paper issued to an admin office moves through the same ledger as a rotary hook issued to a sewing machine. Our current onboarding focus is apparel manufacturing, where we run in production at group scale.
Is TraceIT a CMMS?
No. TraceIT doesn't do work orders or preventive-maintenance scheduling. It's the accountability layer for indirect spend, the record of what you have, where it is, who moved it, and what it cost. Many customers run it alongside a CMMS or ERP.
Do floor workers need licenses or logins?
No. Workers use the self-service kiosk with just their employee ID. Pricing is per tracked unit, never per user.
Does TraceIT have AI?
The intelligence layer is rolling out now: consumption patterns, anomaly flags, and reorder recommendations built directly on your ledger data. Because the ledger is append-only and every movement carries a reason and a cost, the intelligence is grounded in a record that can't be quietly rewritten, which is what makes its answers trustworthy.
Can it connect to our ERP?
Yes, for goods receipts: your ERP can push deliveries into TraceIT via webhook API or file upload, with API keys and a full import log. Broader integration surface is on the roadmap.
Is there a mobile app?
TraceIT is a responsive web app, nothing to install. The scanning and gate-verification pages are mobile-optimized for phones on the floor; the kiosk runs full-screen on any terminal.
Is our data isolated, and can TraceIT staff see it?
Every organization is isolated with row-level security enforced at the database, and every action lands in an immutable audit log. TraceIT staff can only enter through an audited support console that is view-only by default; edit access requires a stated reason, and every support action is recorded with dual attribution, visible in your audit trail.
